OUR DOUGH

In a land kissed by the sun, from the golden fields of wheat, born our dough, 100% Made in Italy, a true treasure. Our dough is simple: top quality flour carefully mixed with water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast and salt. The dough rises, breathes and grows, from 48 to 72 hours, like a heartbeat, like clay in the hands of a potter, in the hands of the pizza chef, it becomes a blank canvas for a masterpiece.
